Neil Fallon (born October 25, 1971 in Gaithersburg, Maryland) is the lead singer and occasional rhythm guitarist for the rock band Clutch, and lead singer for super-group The Company Band.

Tim Sult is the guitarist for rock/funk metal/hard rock band Clutch. He is also the guitarist for an instrumental side project, The Bakerton Group and, schedule permitting, the Reggae/Rock band LIONIZE. Tim Sult has remained the guitarist for Clutch since the group started in 1990.

Jean-Paul Gaster has learned to play drums growing up on 1960s and 1970 heavy rock bands like Black Sabbath, Cream and Jimi Hendrix. Favorite drummers of Gaster are artists such as legendary jazz drummers Elvin Jones and Buddy Rich and blues-rock drummer John Bonham (Led Zeppelin). He also claims to be inspired by Questlove, drummer of Hip Hop band The Roots.
