Amy Juergens is a teen mother, who lives at home with her mom, and soon to be, dad and sister. She is still in high school, with a baby on her mind. Her friends help to support her through the rough times of school, but they also make it harder for her sometimes because of the judgments they make. This all makes it harder for Amy to survive in school, but her friends help her through, most of the time. She has a lot on her mind because her parents are getting a divorce, her mom is pregnant, and has a boy friend. Also Amy has a boy friend that is always helping her, but he baby’s father is always hogging her. She is confused all the time, and never really knows what to do. She is a shy person, who stands up for herself in times of trouble.
