Jacoby Shaddix Bio:

Jacoby Dakota Shaddix (born July 28, 1976, in Mariposa, California) is the lead singer of the Californian hard rock band Papa Roach and the primary songwriter for the band.

Some of his influences are: Ace of Base, Mötley Crüe, Faith No More, Social Distortion, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, MC5, Poison, Stone Temple Pilots and Fugazi. . His two favorite movies are Memento and The Blair Witch Project and his favorite books include 'The Power of Now' and 'Days of War, Nights of Love'.

Originally, Shaddix played the drums, but he stopped when he found out his drummer was better than him. He then played the bass until his guitar got stolen, and finally became a singer because "it was free"

Jacoby Shaddix's height is 5 ft 9 in (175 cm) Shaddix has many tattoos; one of which, reads "Here Lies Jacoby Dakota Shaddix" and at the bottom of the scroll, "Born With Nothing, Die With Everything".
