Brittney gave Kevin Federline sole custody of their boys and she will retain visitation rights. She gets to visit with the boys twice a week. Brittney recently granted 1 overnight visit with her boys. Spears lost all visitation rights in January sfter she was hospitalized after she refused to return the boys to Kevins costody. She has been trying to prve herself to the judge and earning more time with both her boys. Kevin and Brittey meet in court to finalize the settlement. Brittney will now pay Felderline 20,000 a month in child support, which is 5,000 more that he has been receiving. She also has to pay 250,000 to Felderline's lawyer for his work on the case. Spears and Felderline were married in Septeber 2004. A year later she gave birth to the couples son. The next September she gave birth to the other son. Two months later she filed for divorce from Kevin and ever since they have been fighting over costody.
