Biography

Born January 10th, 1974, Jemaine spent the majority of his early life in the rural regions of New Zealand. He then moved to the capital of New Zealand, where he attended Victoria University of Wellington.

It was there that he met Brett Mckenzie, and organized Flight of the Conchords. Since then, Clement has experienced relative success with the band and has taken numerous TV and movie opportunities. He is most well-known for his acting on the HBO TV series named Flight of the Conchords, after the band.

In August 2008, Clement married long time girlfriend Miranda Manasiadis. Clement welcomed his first son, named Sophocles Iraia, in October 2008 in New York City
