Norman Peart:

Peart started as a high-school athlete and graduated from William Knibb high school and Jamaica College. After he saw Bolt run a 20.25 second 200m in the Jamaican High School Championships at age 16, he came up with a 4 to 5 year plan with Beijing being the main objective. After getting consent from his parents, Bolt went professional in 2003 by signing with Puma and relocated himself and Peart to Kingston. The rest is in the history books.
