Andy Samberg

Andy Samberg was born August 18th, 1978 in Berkeley, California.  Also known as “Ardy,” Andy is a stand-up comic and member of comedy music group “The Lonely Island.”  Samberg has also gained exposure on the Comedy Central series Premium Blend, performing a brief stand-up routine.  Since 2005, Andy has been featured player on Saturday Night Live, appearing in many skits and most know for his “Digital Shorts.”

In 2005, Samberg made his first appearance on tv when he gained a small part in “Arrested Development.”  He soon after gained recognition from Saturday Night Live and became a key player on the show.  He has since starred in the movie “Hot Rod” (2007), voiced a character in the animated movie “Space Chimps,”  played a small part as a homeless man in “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist,” Hosted the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, played himself in “Bollywood Hero,” and is in “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.”
